ALLIANC3, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Trade and
Companies Register of Paris under number 930 289 327, whose registered office is located at 128
rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris (hereinafter “the Service Provider”), informs the Client that, in the
course of performing its consulting and technical assistance services, it may be
required to collect and process personal data relating to the Client.
The personal data collected are necessary for the performance of the
Contract and for the handling of the Client’s requests. They are intended exclusively
for the Service Provider’s authorised personnel and, where applicable, for its subcontractors and
contractually authorised partners. The data are retained for a
period not exceeding that which is strictly necessary in view of the purposes
pursued.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal
